Anything is possible with Induction Therapies! Invest in Contract Manufacturing and take your brand to the next level with customized formulation and packaging options.
For initial orders, expect to have your order ship to you within 10 days of design approval. After your initial order, your personal representative will communicate current lead times based on order volume, time-of-season and other factors that may effect your shipment. Typically, orders ship within 10 business days of receipt.
Induction Therapies offers full color design service at no extra cost to you. This means up to four color labels with raised printing options to take the look – and feel – of your packaing to the next level.
Samples are available here on request. Once you invest with us, enjoy inclusion in our sample program where you can earn free samples to build expectations with your own clients, create sales campaigns and more.
Production begins almost immediately after design and proof approval. However, we are happy to facilitate redesigns and branding updates as you and your practice grow.
• Initial logo design and branding service is complimentary with your first order.
• Logo redesigns are priced at a flat rate of $300 per logo with a $50 fee per revision after the first revision.
• Label redesigns and updates will be charged at $100 per redesign including color updates and name changes.
All sales are final. By placing an order of the Product(s), Client agrees to the following Terms and Conditions:
1. Payment in full is due at the time Client submits order.
2. Client must notify Induction Therapies, LLC in writing within 10 (ten) days of receipt of Products or Client waives any right or claim to credit or exchange. Notice must be sent to info@inductiontherpaies.com
3. Any exchanged Products must be unopened, unused, and sealed in original packaging. Induction Therapies, LLC will, in its sole discretion, refuse to refund or accept any exchanges of Products that do not conform to this standard.
4. Induction Therapies, LLC charges a 15% restocking fee of all the total price of Products exchanged. The restocking fee will be deducted from any refund granted prior to issuing the refund.
5. All exchanges must be executed within 5 (5) days of Induction Therapies, LLC agreeing to such exchange. Any agreement by Induction Therapies, LLC to exchange Product(s) will be provided through written notification to Client from an Induction Therapies, LLC Customer Service Representative and Client shall rely on no other communication of such agreement.
6. Client shall, and hereby does, indemnify and agree to pay, defend, and hold harmless Induction Therapies, LLC and each of its officers, directors, shareholders, employees, and agents from any liability, loss, damage, cost, expense, (including attorney’s fees) arising from or pertaining in any manner to any claim by any party relating to Client’s representations, sales, services, promotion, or any other activities related to the Products and any changes to or use of the Product which have not been authorized by Induction Therapies, LLC.
7. All Private Label Orders placed now or anytime in the future are subject to the attached Private Label Terms and Conditions.
8. Client is responsible for shipping costs on exchanged item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. Induction Therapies does not guarantee receipt of shipped items from client. Shipping times may vary based on client’s location. Induction Therapies advises using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Upon receipt of the Products, Buyer shall thoroughly inspect each of the Products. Buyer shall promptly, and within no later than 10 days of the receipt of the Products, notify Seller of any deficiency, damage, or issue with the Products. Seller shall issue a credit or replacement of the Products at the Seller’s sole discretion. If Buyer purchases the Products as part of a “kit” or “bundle,” Buyer understands that the entirety of such “kit” or “bundle” must be returned to Seller in full for a credit or exchange to Buyer’s account, which shall be issued at the sole discretion of Seller. If Buyer purchases the Products as part of a promotion whereby Buyer purchases the Products and receives additional Products at a discounted price or for free, Buyer must return in full to Seller all of the Products purchased as well as all of the Products received at a discounted price or for free in order to receive a credit or replacement, which shall be issued at the sole discretion of Seller.
