What we tested:
Five retail-ready serums were submitted to NanoFCM: Serum B (human), Serum C (human), Serum D (plant), Serum E (plant), and Serum P – Induction Therapies’ PRX⁸ Plant Exo Stimulation Serum (plant).
How it was tested:
All serums were stained with MemGlow 647 to flag membrane-positive nanoparticles — signals consistent with exosomes. Particles detected between 45-80 nm indicated exosome presence and gave researchers what they needed to quantify the ammount of exosomes in each serum.
What we found:
PRX⁸ (Serum P) showed the highest concentration of membrane-positive particles: 5.36×10¹¹ particles/mL, median 66.2 nm, 62% membrane-positive.
