Angelia has had a brilliant 25-year career in the aesthetic industry, working with many premiere skincare companies. She was a key executive with ZO Medical during the brand rollout, working closely with Dr. Zein Obagi. A former aesthetician, inspired by her passion for science and skincare, Angelia set out to create Induction Therapies, the result of years of research, expertise, as well as valuable input from physicians seeking very specific formulations to address their patient’s concerns, resulting in over 28 unique products that no other skincare company offers as well as Collagen P.I.N., the most powerful device of its kind. Angelia is a natural leader with a wealth of expertise.
Chief Operating Officer
A graduate of the University of Louisville, Tray spent 17 years in the food industry where he acquired expertise in sales, training, marketing and human resources. Entrepreneurial in spirit, he transitioned from the food industry to running his own marketing firm for several years before bringing his expertise to Induction Therapies. As part of the executive team from the start, Tray has been critical in building all the operational systems, assisting with the sales team and building out the various platforms that are critical to our growth.
In-house legal counsel and Human Resources Director
A graduate of the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law, Chanda worked in general civil litigation for several years prior to opening her own domestic law practice. After successfully running her own law practice for over 7 years, Chanda, a skilled advisor with excellent negotiation, communication and leadership skills, joined Induction Therapies. Her strong history of advising clients and business management teams achieve successful outcomes, along with her legal expertise, makes Chanda an integral part of the executive management team.
Vice President, Brand Management
A graduate of the University of Louisville and of Webster University, Thom has worked in marketing and advertising for over 25 years and joins us from a highly successful career stint at Godiva Chocolatier, where he managed key initiatives to bring the ultimate chocolate experience to the world through the Global Travel Retail channel. Thom has also spearheaded integrated marketing programs for other super luxury brands in highly-regulated spirits and tobacco industries. Well-versed in multi-discipline business-to-business and end-user consumer communications, Thom brings a wealth of experience and expertise to our executive management team.
